We accep return requests within 14 days of receiving your item, only in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective

The item is different from what was ordered

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after delivery

Sale or discounted items

Used or opened products

How to request a return: Contact us at tarven@zoho.com with photos of the item within 14 days of receipt. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

For EU customers: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
